If necessary, they may be transferred to the branch offices of the EAE Frankfurt (Oder) or W\u00fcnsdorf after registration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The provision of independent legal advice for people seeking protection in all initial reception centres was initiated by the Brandenburg state parliament and is now facilitated by organisations of welfare associations, acting on behalf of the Brandenburg Ministry of the Interior. The state parliament had called for independent counselling for displaced people, in recognition that they often face systematic challenges in accessing relevant counselling and support structures within the state.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since its inception in October 2019, KommMit e.V, PSZ, has been offering open counselling three days a week as part of the independent legal advice service at the EAE Eisenh\u00fcttenstadt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Project activities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We provide independent and confidential advice on legal matters such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Decisions within the asylum procedure (BAMF)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Official correspondence, e.g. from the police, public prosecutor's office or court<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Decisions from other authorities, e.g. immigration office (Ausl\u00e4nderbeh\u00f6rde), social welfare office (Sozialamt), family benefits office (Famillienkasse), etc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Legal options in cases where no asylum application is to be made<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Abgeschlossenes Projekt Unabh\u00e4ngige Rechtsmittelberatung in Zentraler Erstaufnahmeeinrichtung Eisenh\u00fcttenstadt 01.10.2019 &#8211; 31.05.2025 Neuantragstellende Asylsuchende werden im Land Brandenburg zur Zentralen Erstaufnahmeeinrichtung (EAE) nach Eisenh\u00fcttenstadt geschickt.
