We provide assistance to people who have experienced persecution, war and displacement, focusing particularly on those in Brandenburg's initial reception centres. Our objective is to aid individuals in their initial orientation, inform them of their rights, and questions regarding social matters.

We offer information and counselling on the following topics:

Accommodation and housing

We assist displaced people in Brandenburg in navigating their way in a new environment.

Social and health care

We offer guidance on accessing crucial social and health services.

Access to language courses, educational programmes, employment, participation and rights

We offer assistance to facilitate participation in educational and work opportunities.

Additionally, we direct those seeking guidance to specialised counselling services (Fachberatungsdienste, FBDs), migration counselling for adult immigrants (Migrationsberatungen für erwachsene Zuwanderer, MBEs), youth migration services (Jugendmigrationsdienste, JMDs) as well as to authorities and self-organised support networks and communities.
